AndOne Passion

Our team of coaches is united in our passion for sharing these lessons and helping the next generation of players develop into the best possible versions of themselves. Today, AndOne is run by a group of men and women who found themselves through basketball. Many used these lesson to go on to play at the post-secondary, professional and national team levels. More important than any achievements they had on the court are the lessons they learned on the journey.

Our team is aligned around a mission of helping young athletes find their path through sport. If basketball has had an impact in your life and you’re passionate about helping others find their path, we’re always looking to add to the Split Second team.

We are Nationally Certified (NCCP Levels 1 & 2) Coaches with over 68 years of combined coaching experience.

Our coaches backgrounds include: Elementary School, High School (Grade 9-12), Team Ontario, Ontario Basketball Association, Team BC, Basketball BC, Canada Summer Games, Canada Basketball, Athletics Canada (Olympics/Paralympics, Commonwealth Games, World Championships, etc.), BC Summer Games Teams, USports, OCAA/CCAA, NCAA, AAU, Nike Basketball/UPlay.
